Japan, Bulgaria agree on helping to rebuild Iraq

TOKYO, Japan - Bulgarian Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg (L) and Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi pose for photos after exchanging notes of agreement at the premier's office in Tokyo on Dec. 15. The two leaders agreed to help rebuild Iraq by continuing to provide humanitarian aid.
